Clark "Cheech" Pierce's Petite Sirloin Stonefly - 19:22
Clark "Cheech" Pierce:
Fly fishing best describes me. I can see it in any tying I do. To be more specific, fly tying is what most consumes me with this hobby/addiction that I have. Creating things that fool trout, bass, carp, etc, it what really gets me going. Looking a slimy swimmer in the eye and saying "hey, just fyi, that thing you just ate isn't real." I like that. I have a VERY understanding wife, and 2 wonderful kids (Girl-5, Boy-4) who will correct you if you call it a fishing pole... nuff said.
In addition, Cheech is a Rainy's innovator and just had an article published in Southwest Flyfishing on his pattern Cheech's Leech (pg 54). You can read more about Cheech and his fishing adventures at his blog Fly Fish Food.

Ben Byng CDC Yellow Sally - 11:02
From Ben:
I have been fly fishing and tying flies for the past 15 years. From 2001 to 2005, I worked for the late Andre Puyans helping at his fly fishing seminars in Idaho. More recently, I'm a fly fishing instructor for Wilderness Unlimited and The Becoming an Outdoor Woman programs.
You can find me hanging around the tier's row at the west coast fly fishing shows and expos in the early spring. Bass fishing with a fly in the California Delta on hot summer nights for a double digit fish is the current goal.

- Thread: 8/0 Yellow
- Tail and Antennae: Opal Flash
- Body: Orange and Yellow Flash Dubbing
