HB 1188 "Clarify River Outfitter Navigation Right" Bill
OK, folks, here it is: Introduced last Friday, January 22, 2010: http://www.leg.state.co.us/clics/clics2010...ile=1188_01.pdf This bill's language is expressly written for the benefit of the private commercial boating outfitters. How, iyo, does this set precedence to the benefit or detriment of public noncommercial boaters, public noncommercial fishers and commercial wade/boat fishing guides now or future? |
